"Oshadi" is above all a biological food shop, with quality fresh products originating from corsican biological agricultures.

I refer to biological above all because, we all agree today, it's impossible to be in good health without a healty base in alimentation.


The biological agriculture offers the possibility for man to feed themselfs with quality foods respecting and staying in harmony with the environment, respecting life and our fragile ecosystem rather than trying to dominate it.   

For these reasons, i believe that supporting the BIO is also our way to support the planet, without of course forgetting  the positive sides of eating a biological product: less nitrates, very little or no pesticides, a superior nutritional value, richer in vitamine contents ( vit.C in particular ) and enzymes, better balances in amins acids, minerals and oligoelements.
